  • Shipping and billing address must match. Once an item has shipped we are unable to make changes to the shipping address. In this case, please contact USPS to make any address changes. 
  • To ensure that your package is properly delivered, please be sure to enter your address correctly and include all relevant information. That includes the use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers (if applicable). We are unable to process refunds for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.
  • If the wrong address is entered at check out and the package is returned, there will be a reshipment fee of $7.00.
